3. Provision of personal information to third parties
3-1 The Museum will not provide any personal information acquired from customers to any third party other than the Museum, except in the following cases:
(1) When the customer himself/herself has given his/her consent. (2) When required by law. (3) When there is sufficient reason to determine that a customer has violated the accommodation agreement and that disclosure of personal information is unavoidable in order to protect our hotel and the services that we provide. (4) When it is necessary for the protection of human life, body, or property, and it is difficult to obtain the customer's consent. (5) When it is particularly necessary for the improvement of public health or the promotion of healthy child development, and it is difficult to obtain the customer's consent.
