COMICO ART MUSEUM YUFUIN is celebrating its 5th anniversary.

Thank you for your continued patronage of COMICO ART MUSEUM YUFUIN.
The museum celebrated its 5th anniversary on October 22nd.
This is all thanks to your support, and we would like to express our sincere gratitude.
Last July, the new building, designed by architect Kengo Kuma, like the main building, opened.
The black charred cedar exterior walls blend in with nature and exude a strong presence.
Additionally, the large roof that stretches into the sky serves to connect the artwork to Mount Yufu.
On the first floor, works by Yayoi Kusama, Tatsuo Miyajima, Hiroshi Sugimoto, and Takashi Murakami are on display.
On the second floor, works by Yoshitomo Nara, Kohei Nawa, and Mariko Mori are on display outdoors.
We hope that visitors will be able to experience the works of Japan's leading artists.
We hope you enjoy the art along with the rich nature of Yufuin.
To commemorate our 5th anniversary, we will be selling a limited number of our original tenugui towels.
The chic design is based on the hotel's building.
It is smaller than usual, so you can use it with ease.
