If you cancel your e-ticket after completing your reservation, the free cancellation period is up to 23:59 on the day before the reservation date for your e-ticket. Any cancellations made after this time will incur a 100% cancellation fee .

*If the museum is temporarily closed due to force majeure such as infectious diseases or natural disasters, or other reasons related to the museum, we will refund the full price of the e-ticket to customers.
